Studies on the Necrosis Appearence in Chinese Cabbage Seeds Exposed to Dry Heat

Abstract

|
|
This studies were conducted to know the extent of appearance of necrosis in Chinese cabbage seeds exposed to dry heat of 100℃ and that in what parts of the seed, the necrosis occures firstly. The frequency of appearance of necrosis were higher in the radicle than that in cotyledon and in cotyledon and radicle, the lateral parts and tip were higher, respectively. The death of whole tissues was more in the radicle then in the cotyledon.
